Monica Lee is a culinary producer, event designer, food stylist, florist, and cook focused in the food, design, and hospitality spaces.

As a world builder, she believes nothing is more beautiful than breaking bread, and bringing people together in immersive places that transport you in time and place.

In early 2023, she co-founded Symposia– a hedonistic and experiential pop-up party series that celebrates wine by pairing it with music, dancing, and food. Past parties include a whimsical Prom in a former Middle School, a modern disco set in an ephemeral record store, and an underground David Mancuso inspired, balloon drenched dance party in a retro recording studio behind a clothing store.

She is a producer and floral design director at Callisto Hudson Valley, where she programs and designs culinary centered events, brand activations, and hospitality initiatives that center around regenerative land management, agriculture, and the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley. All materials are found and sourced from Callisto’s 88 acres of rolling hills, open fields, and a diverse forest.

Beyond this, she works for climate justice companies such as Field Studies Flora.

Other services include recipe development/testing for celebrated cookbook chefs like Alexis Deboschnek and culinary production, concepting, and execution at Spilt Milk Collective.

Monica is currently residing in New York City and the Hudson Valley.
